Since 2011, The Lynchburg Area Veteran’s Council has hosted the area’s only fundraising program that honors our fallen military, first responders and provides support for those who are in need.
On September 9, 2018, the LAVC will host the 8th annual “9-11 Heroes Run.” Our event will be held at The Lynchburg American Legion, Post 16 on SUNDAY, 9/9 at 5 pm. It will consist of a 5K run and a 1-mile fun run/walk.
